All types of relationships can benefit from mindfulness.
In our February meeting we look at how mindfulness can improve relationships. From greater patience to deeper emotional intelligence to a more settled relationship with our own self, mindfulness can help us to relate better to others.
We will look at how mindfulness gives us an option in every moment to skilfully respond rather than hurtfully react in those trying relationship interactions. The session will include facilitated mindfulness exercises and networking with Fellows.
Tea and coffee available on arrival. This is a free event but please do register at the top of this page so we know that you will be joining us. Any questions, email Vivianne Crowley FRSA: [email protected]
Location: The Club Room, October Gallery, 24 Old Gloucester Street, Bloomsbury, London WC1N 3AL
About this network...
The aim of the Mindfulness Network is to engage, educate, and inspire Fellows to practise mindfulness and empower them to mainstream mindfulness in their lives and communities. The Network enables Fellows to access research, practice mindfulness together, and work with a network of practitioners, teachers, and Fellows to share practical interventions. An important goal of mindfulness is to create the conditions for the enlightened thinking and collaborative action needed to address today's most pressing challenges.
