Benet Northcote
Director of Corporate Responsibility, John Lewis Partnership
Benet is Director of Corporate Responsibility for the John Lewis Partnership.
He joined the Partnership in 2013 after nearly five years as Deputy Private Secretary to HRH The Prince of Wales, where he was responsible for HRH's initiatives on responsible business, the natural environment, food and farming. Prior to that he was Chief Policy Adviser to Greenpeace UK. He started his career with the BBC before moving to corporate communications agency CTN Ltd., where he advised many FTSE 100 firms.
He was a Board Member of the Conservative Party's Quality of Life Policy Review, chaired by John Gummer and Zac Goldsmith, and remains on the Board of the Conservative Environment Network.
