Charlotte Townsend

Charlotte Townsend has been teaching at RSA Academy Arrow Vale as a Teacher of MFL after a PGCE at the University of Gloucestershire in 2013. As part of her development as an RQT, she has  completed a Middle Leadership Development Programme, leading a project around Learning Outside The Classroom, and is training to be a peer coach as part of a whole school Coaching Programme.
