Eartha is an experienced Assistant Head Teacher with a consistent successful history of working in education, sport & community industries.
Having played at the highest level in Women's Football from the age of 14 for the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea Women, she has achieved a range of accolades both in the UK and abroad.
As a recent Global Teacher Prize finalist out of nearly 34,000 nominees across 173 countries, Eartha is skilled in Coaching, Public Speaking, Research, Sports Coaching and Management.
Raised in statistically one of the most deprived areas in the UK, Eartha remains an inspirational member of her community as a re-elected local Councillor for the only Community Council in London.
As a leader Eartha is hands-on, which has earned her the nickname 'Trustee on the ground' at the local charity youth clubs she now helps govern as an alumni, alongside living by her mantra We Can, We Must, We Will!
