Lord Peter Hennessy

Peter Hennessy is one of Britain’s leading historians, and a member of the Chief of Defence Staff's Strategic Advisory Panel.

Lord Hennessy of Nympsfield is the Attlee Professor of Contemporary British History at Queen Mary, University of London, as well as the author of many books including Whitehall, The Secret State and Having It So Good. He is a Fellow of the British Academy.
