Nic Beech
Executive Principal, Central RSA Academies Trust
Nic Beech is an Executive Principal for Central RSA Academies Trust, a West Midlands based multi-academy trust of eight schools. Having been a senior leader with the MAT since its inception, she now leads three schools, with over 1200 pupils aged from 3 to 13, serving an economically disadvantaged community in Redditch. Nic started her career as a secondary English teacher and has worked across all age phases and many curriculum areas.
