Stephen Cave is a philosopher, writer and critic. He is the author of 'Immortality: The Quest to Live Forever and How It Drives Civilization' – a New Scientist Book of the Year.

He writes for The Financial Times and contributes to The New York Times, The Guardian and Wired. He lives in Berlin.
