Charlotte Bayley
Charlotte is the Head of Business Development and Partnerships (Family Leave Cover)
Charlotte works to ensure partners can collaborate effectively with the RSA to make positive change and together achieve collective impact. She works closely with colleagues across RSA programmes to design and develop projects and leads on business development and partnerships for our Future of Work programme.
Prior to joining the RSA, Charlotte worked in arts and culture communications in agency and in-house roles, most recently at the award-winning Young Vic theatre. She is a Trustee of arts access charity Stagetext.
