Two years ago we came up with the idea of creating a European Youth Music Refugee Choir (EYMRC). ‘We’ are the volunteer team (including four FRSAs) that organises the annual European Youth Music Week. Originally Anglo/German Youth Music Week, this post-war British and German government initiative aimed to bring their young people together through the playing of classical orchestral music.
