Emma Morgante
Emma is a Researcher.
She has worked on a variety of projects, including projects focussing on good work innovations in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, on building a risk register for workers at risk from automation and the pandemic. She is particularly interested in developing participatory approaches to research on good work, with a focus on participatory futures methods.
Prior to joining the RSA, Emma completed an MSc in the Politics of Conflict, Rights and Justice at SOAS, University of London.
