Fabian Wallace-Stephens
Fabian is Foresight Lead.
Fabian is currently Foresight Lead at the RSA where he focuses on designing new participatory approaches that support a diverse range of citizens to imagine and shape better futures.
Fabian is particularly interested in how technology and the shift to net zero will transform jobs and the wider economy and his research on these topics has been featured in the Financial Times, Guardian and World Economic Forum. In 2019 he developed the RSA’s four scenarios for the future of work in 2035, which have since been turned into a speculative exhibition of artefacts and collection of short stories. He has also designed and hosted a series of future of work labs, which use these scenarios to explore future opportunities and challenges for different sectors and local economies, and co-develop new innovations with employers and policy makers.
