Kavya Menon
Kavya is a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager.
Kavya leads on securing and managing partnerships for the RSA’s Student Design Awards and provides support across the RSA’s research programmes to create and retain successful partnerships for impact. She also provides data and analytical support to the Business Development & Partnerships Team to ensure all business decisions are data-driven.
She holds an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has previously worked in women’s education and development charities.
