Mark Hall
Mark is the Project and Evaluations Lead.
Mark leads a portfolio of research and impact projects on the economy and future of work with expertise on financial inclusion, cash and local banking, self-employment, and lifelong learning. He has authored various policy reports including The road to resilience: how community financial services can help level-up Britain (2020).
Mark also leads the development of evaluation practice across the RSA, working across projects to co-design and implement end-to-end evaluation frameworks. This includes the design of complex theories of change, developing clear impact outcomes, designing mixed-method evaluation approaches, ensuring projects are GDPR compliant, and producing engaging and interactive impact reporting. Mark has worked at the RSA for 10 years with previous roles leading the London Fellowship community and as Deputy Head of Engagement.
