Line Kristensen
Line is Director of Fellowship at the RSA.
For over ten years, Line worked and consulted for campaigns, non-profits and companies across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Helping purpose-driven organisations develop scalable engagement and community campaigns informed by research and enhanced by technology.
Before coming to the RSA, Line served as Director of Community at Multiverse, leading teams to enhance the experience and deepening the sense of belonging for apprentice and alumni community members.
Previously, Line worked for NationBuilder consulting for membership organisations and campaigns across the political spectrum, the Remain campaign and the Conservative Party as Head of Strategic Campaign Planning.
Line is passionate about the democratic process and have conducted training sessions for the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, major political parties, and advocacy organisations, and volunteered on several American election campaigns including President Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012.
Line writes about campaigns, leadership, personal development and recruitment on LinkedIn and on her blog, Lines to Take. She has appeared on Radio 4's Today Programme, and her writing has appeared in the Times, Huffington Post and Conservative Home.
