Rebecca Ford
Rebecca Ford is Head of Collaboration and Learning Design.
Rebecca’s big motivating question: how can the ways we come together, relate and learn create transformative change towards a radically hopeful, regenerative future? She leads on designing and facilitating collaborative processes, experiences and services to accelerate the RSA’s mission to unite people and ideas in response to the complex challenges of our time. This includes hosting learning journeys that build capacity for change across the RSA’s community of fellows, partners and changemakers.
She has spent the past 12 years managing the strategic development, design and delivery of social change programmes. Previously she led the RSA's Design programme and RSA Student Design Awards competition, and prior to working at the RSA she was a project lead at youth innovation agency Bold Creative. She is Chair of Spear Bethnal Green Trust, a team leader on BBC Radio 4’s The Fix, and holds an MSc in Social Anthropology from UCL.
