Richard ensures the RSA has the best technology in place to help bring Fellows together, assist our people with enabling social change when they are using tech and supporting our hospitality to partners to offer the best audiovisual experience to those attending events in the House.
Richard has worked with computers for more years than he wants to admit to… He joined the RSA as Senior IT Support Analyst in 2015. A month before the first coronavirus lockdown started, Richard was promoted to Head of IT which he says was a tough challenge!
