Sascha Taylor
Sascha is the Chief Operating Officer.
Sascha oversees the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
She has held a wide range of people roles in Blue Chip organisations including IBM, PwC Consulting, BBC Worldwide and Rolls-Royce.
Before joining the RSA, Sascha balanced a busy family life alongside working as an independent HR consultant and Trustee with small and medium sized organisations and charities. This included: General Manager for a volunteer-led grassroots arts and reuse charity, Director of People for a private members club, a digital start up and an arts and cinema complex, and most recently leading the People, Education and Inclusion Directorate at the National Childbirth Trust (NCT).
Sascha has an MA in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
