Tim Eyles, OBE
Tim Eyles, OBE is Chair of the RSA.
Tim is a senior Board Chair with a portfolio of roles across a range of sectors, including business services, financial services, healthcare, technology, and the arts.
These include being Chair of Centralis Group (the market-leading international provider of outsourced corporate, compliance, fund, and business support services to some of the world’s leading corporations and alternative asset managers); Chair of Pacific Asset Management (the progressive asset manager which offers a range of solutions for institutions, wealth managers, and advisers); and Chair of Celsus (the UK’s leading supplier of clinical workforce solutions to the NHS and other healthcare-provider clients).
Tim is a former Chair of the Theatres Trust (a UK Government body whose aim is to promote and protect theatres) and of Jerwood Arts (which helps emerging artists, curators, and producers to thrive).
Tim was formerly International Board Chair and Managing Partner at global professional services firm Taylor Wessing, which he led through a period of transformational growth from 2009 to 2018.
Tim became Chair of the RSA in 2018 and was awarded an OBE in the 2023 New Year Honours List for services to the arts.
Alongside his role as Chair of the RSA, Tim chairs the RSA’s Nominations and Governance Panel and the RSA’s People and Remuneration Committee.
