RSA Future Change Framework
Future Change Framework
How can we use the recovery from Covid-19 to create real, lasting change?
We have seen dramatic change during the pandemic. But the status quo is often resistant to lasting transformations.
The RSA Future Change Framework is a way to think about how we respond to crisis and how that can drive positive change.
Using the framework helps you to think through what you've stopped, what you’ve paused, what you’ve put in place temporarily, and how you’ve innovated.
Reflecting on these areas helps you see what’s most valuable for an unknown, ever-changing future and clarify your strategic direction so that you stay relevant.
The Ministry of Justice has benefitted hugely from using the RSA Future Change Framework and methodology across a range of our work. This has supported our development agenda in the renewal and recovery space, but also at a much more granular level as a tool for moving individual pieces of work and teams forward. An adaptable and easy to use framework which I’m sure we’ll use regularly as time goes on.
Partnership with the RSA has helped us work out where the barriers exist across our organisation and the entire health & social care system so we can begin to unlock them together and be future-fit
Fighting the anti-risk instinct
Why does the status quo prevail despite our best efforts at change?
