Where now for civic engagement? In the wake of a shock referendum result, and a campaign that exposed deep social, economic and political divisions, it’s clear that we need a new approach to democratic engagement.

Although the Labour party is experiencing perhaps the deepest soul-searching and facing the most serious potential rifts, this event will go beyond any single party’s current fortunes. Join us as we gather a panel of experts including Compass’ Neal Lawson and the Women’s Equality Party co-founder Catherine Mayer to explore the broader idea of what a modern party, in the sense of culture, engagement, and technology, might look like.
