Join the new RSA Black Country and Birmingham Network at our inaugural event! The network is forming to stimulate fun and intelligent debate and action about the big challenges facing our world today, not least here in Birmingham and the Black Country itself.
At our inaugural event, following the UK's decision to leave the EU and in advance of the election of a Mayor for the West Midlands, we will ask our distinguished panel to debate the state of the Birmingham and Black Country nations.
What does it mean to be from Birmingham and the Black Country in 2017? What are our hopes, dreams, and fears? Where do we want to be in ten years time? How are we going to get there?
This is the first in a series of events that the RSA Birmingham and Black Country Network will be hosting at 1000 Trades.
On the panel will be:
- Sarah Middleton - Chief Executive, Black Country Consortium
- Sharon Palmer MBE - Chief Executive, Regional Action West Midlands (RAWN)
- Marc Reeves - Editor, Birmingham Mail and Birmingham Post
- Jonathan Todd - Co-founder, 1000 Trades (Chair)
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, debate and discuss in the informal setting of 1000 Trades.
Tickets are free: please sign up above and contact the organiser, John Stapleton, with any questions: [email protected]
