This event will be an opportunity to celebrate the amazing work of RSA Fellows and find out more about the projects they are part of in Wales that have relevance for the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act.
We have a number of Fellows acting as RSA goal champions for the key themes in the Act and some of them will be at the event to discuss their work. If you have a project you would be keen to talk about, please contact Lou Matter ([email protected]).
In particular we’ll hear from Sue Pritchard, the Director of the RSA’s Food, Farming & Countryside Commission, whose organic farm is hosting the event. Sue will give us an update on the work of the Commission and how this relates to Wales.
There will be plenty of time for conversation, building new connections, and maybe even sparking new ideas or projects, alongside a tour of the farm.
The morning will consist of quick-fire talks from the goal champions, and in the afternoon there will be an opportunity to come together in small groups to discuss areas of shared interest, ways to collaborate, thematic networks, etc.
Book your place now by following the link at the top of this page. Tickets are free and refreshments will be provided.
Please note - Llananant Farm is an organic, permaculture livestock farm, with big ‘barefoot’ barn space for gathering and connecting. As a working farm we will be in the middle of lambing, and also likely to be visited by chickens, goats and pigs while we work. Dress appropriately for the weather and the conditions. https://www.llananant.co.uk/
