Join us for the next RSA Worcester Meetup on 7th May.

Back pain is one of the most common reasons for people to visit their doctor, and costs the NHS over £1bn per year.

In this inspiring talk, Peter Johnson FRSA will share vital ideas on how he avoided surgery after being confined to a wheelchair as a result of ‘slipping’ five discs. Plus he will describe the significance of taking a group of people to the base camp of the highest mountain in Tibet, and why he came to write an award-winning book on curing back pain.

Practical ideas will be explained on how you can avoid back pain, and simple yet effective actions you can take straightaway if you are suffering from it.

As always, our meetups are free to attend and open to Fellows, friends, and colleagues interested in supporting the work of the RSA.

Any questions, please contact me at [email protected].

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: [email protected]. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.
