In a world where you might at times feel powerless to change anything that really matters, how can you make your voice heard more effectively? And feel good about it? Join us for this online Network workshop on Tuesday 5 May.

Sometimes it’s easier to blame others for getting in the way. Or to turn away from the real issue. Or to apply disproportionate force. Responding decisively to our challenges, taking the right action and seeing it through, requires personal courage: above all, the courage to listen with an open and curious mind – to ourselves. What often stops us doing this is our fear of what we might find and our tendency to judge that harshly. What enables us to do it is compassion – for ourselves.

In this creative, interactive, experiential workshop for quiet revolutionaries, expect to be challenged. You’ll learn ways of acknowledging, accepting and releasing your fears, so that you can show up more fully, have a bigger impact and make a real difference. Because the world needs more compassion, more action, more you.

This online event will be facilitated by Sally-Anne Airey and Stephen Burt FRSA. Sally-Anne is a leadership coach-mentor, mindfulness teacher and mountain-lover. She runs leadership programmes from her retreat centre in the French Alps, near Geneva. Stephen is a coach, author and jazz musician with a passion for improv performance. He is an RSA Fellow, and co-lead of the RSA’s Coaching Network. Find out more and sign up to join the network here.

We also invite you to share with anyone in your networks who may be interested. All are welcome to join from anywhere in the world, and attendance is by no means restricted to RSA Fellows or practicing coaches.
