All are welcome to join us for the 2023 RSA Scotland Annual Conference, sponsored by Sarah Boyack MSP.

The RSA Scotland Annual Conference 2023 will take place at the Scottish Parliament in The Burns Room , kindly sponsored by MSP Sarah Boyack.

As the RSA approaches its 270th anniversary next year, this conference will be a wonderful opportunity to come together to reflect on the recent work of the RSA in the area and explore possibilities for future RSA activity in Scotland, framed around the theme of the recent RSA Fellows Festival 'What could go right?'.

The past year has been incredibly exciting for RSA Scotland, from our involvement in the Just Transition project and the RSA’s collaboration with NHS Lothian, to a variety of brilliant fellow-led events on topics ranging from climate change and cultural heritage to investigative journalism and creativity in the workplace.

In addition to hearing about the work of RSA Scotland, the conference will also include an update on the global activities of the RSA, and the priorities of the wider fellowship team. There will also be an opportunity to hear from the RSA Scotland Fellowship Councillors. Additionally, there will also be an opportunity for an informal discussion/Q&A.

Due to security measures present at the venue, we recommend that all attendees arrive in plenty of time to allow for this.

Taking part in RSA in-person events

To participate in the event, you will need to register for a ticket so we can make sure we have an up-to-date list of those who plan on attending. This is for capacity purposes.

We encourage all attendees that are sick or showing symptoms of illness to stay home and to cancel your Eventbrite ticket if you are no longer able to join the event.
