Collective Futures: Creative Conversations ‘Space for Stories’ - RSA

Collective Futures: Creative Conversations ‘Space for Stories’

Research & Impact Event / Online

Join us for the second session in our Creative Conversations series: “Space for Stories”.

Storytelling is a fundamental trait of human nature: the stories we tell ourselves, as individuals and as a society, help us make sense of the world around us and shape the future we create. Cultivating spaces to share stories and collectively imagine alternative futures is critical to ensuring a thriving world for people and planet. In this interactive session, we will discuss storytelling for systems change and experiment with tools for developing our own individual and collective narratives.

The Creative Conversations series is part of the RSA’s Collective Futures research in partnership with UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK. We have been spending the past months in conversation with people to explore the practices, principles and contexts that can support us all to work collaboratively and creatively for the benefit of our long-term futures – for people and for the planet.

We want to champion the multiplicity of backgrounds, experiences and expertise of those involved in this work. We encourage you to forward this invitation to friends and colleagues, and to take up the challenge and extend this invite beyond your usual networks.

Please do email us at violeta.tatu@rsa.org, if you need any practical or financial assistance to enable you to take part. We are more than happy to have a conversation to alleviate any barriers. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in contact.
