As we approach Hull2017 UK City of Culture, what better time to consider the intersection of culture and economics and the role each plays in the dynamics of our cities?

Speakers at the event are; Professor Franco Bianchini, Director of the Institute for Research in Culture and the Creative Industries; and Ed Clarke, Analyst at Centre for Cities. Ed’s work focuses on housing and regeneration, while Franco is an authority on urban cultural policies and their effect on regeneration.
