Fellows Network-led session at The Mindful Living Show

The RSA Mindfulness Network is hosting a free open session at The Mindful Living Show on Friday 2 June from 6 – 7.30pm.

The Mindful Living Show (Friday 2 and Saturday 3  June 2017) is focused on the art of mindfulness and meditation, and the ways it can benefit our lives. On Friday 2 June from 6pm the RSA Mindfulness Network will be hosting a free evening session and invites Fellows to join.  

The larger event will feature 70 workshops with some of the greatest teachers in the worlds of mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation including Ruby Wax, Ed Halliwell, and Vidyamala Burch. The event will also feature an Experience Lounge for creative pursuits and a beautiful Medicine Garden.
