Innovations in Good Work Directory
Explore innovations in good work across Europe.
Innovations are emerging worldwide to address the challenges of a rapidly changing future of work. Together with the Autodesk Foundation, we have developed a European mapping of innovations to help deepen and scale their impact.
We embarked on a period of research to understand what good work innovations have emerged in recent years across Europe. Our aim was to build an online directory to help raise awareness of these organisations and support policy making and social investment.
We found close to 200 innovations across Europe. Within each theme we aimed to cluster innovations into broad ‘intervention sets’ that use similar approaches to address similar problems. Our hope is that this starts to provide a common language that can be used to spot opportunities for new ways to support workers.
Explore our directory to discover the variety of innovations tackling future of work challenges – from training programmes that teach workers at risk of automation how to code, to new unions experimenting with digital organising, to FinTech start-ups providing workers in the gig economy with access to sick pay.
Explore innovations in good work across Europe.
To leverage the contribution of entrepreneurship and create opportunities for sustained collective impact, we will be launching a global network, working to tackle the most pressing issues related to economic security and labour-market transforming technologies. For more about our network-building activities, see our Good Work Guild.
