Transforming Lifelong Learning

Millions of workers urgently need to update their skills so they can pursue secure and fulfilling work.

A job is no longer a guarantee of economic security. But escaping low-paid or undervalued work is impossible for many. How do we help people grow their careers in a world that may soon be dominated by AI, robots and driverless cars?

What we're doing

In partnership with Bayes Impact and the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, we are testing an innovative approach to lifelong learning, via a digital careers and employability coaching platform.

Our goal is to advance the careers of over 100,000 low-paid workers in France, while developing a smaller pilot in the UK.
