The RSA and the Institute of Education are celebrating a third year of Grand Curriculum Designs, a pioneering professional development programme for school leaders and other educators.

Headteacher Tom Sherrington explains how secondary school leaders are driving curriculum strategy that delivers successful outcomes for learners and for educators.

Announcing the introduction of a National Baccalaureate framework which will recognise and measure wider learning, Tom is joined by an expert panel to explore innovation in school leadership and practice and to call for closer involvement in the shaping of education policy.
