In his inaugural lecture as Chair of Arts Council England, Sir Peter Bazalgette launches a new partnership with the RSA, aimed at exploring ideas for a new political economy for arts and culture in England.

Peter Bazalgette began his tenure as Chair of Arts Council England in February 2013, following a successful term as Chair of English National Opera and an illustrious career in television production where he was Creative Director of Endemol until 2007.
