Robert Diggs

Robert Diggs is the Coalition Manager for the Decolonizing Design Coalition incubated by RSA US

Previously Community and Partnerships Lead for RSA US, Diggs is responsible for stewarding the coalitions efforts to create a set of global principles that will guide future efforts to decolonize the ethos of the design community.

Prior to RSA US, Diggs led the Pennsylvania Consortium for the Liberal Arts, a group of 11 small liberal arts colleges founded in 2014. Diggs managed all aspects of the consortium’s operations, translating the collective vision of the member presidents into a coherent strategy that bound the membership together over 300 miles.

Diggs makes his home in Lancaster, PA, having made his way to "Central Pennsylvania" to attend Franklin & Marshall College, where he received a BA from the Department of Government. He also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Diggs is a fan of the New York Mets, and recently re-discovered his love for playing tennis.

Outside of RSA US, Diggs is currently an Associate with the search firm NPAG and is serving a second three-year term on the Board of the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance - the charity/charitable giving accreditor of the BBB system of consumer focused organizations.
