This animated, adaptation is something that has changed my thinking over the years. I have put the key elements into practice, such as un-hitching pay and bonuses from measurable, personal performance. Whilst that is anathema to conventional 'incentive processes' It has worked extremely well in practice.
I love this video and given that much of this information has been available for many years, we still have so many organisations and people who still come back to using money as a motivator.
