This film explores the workers who make everyone's lives a little easier in Pakistan's biggest and busiest city of Karachi.

A Little Easier, A Little More Beautiful is an exploratory film that documents the voices of the diverse group of workers who make everyone's lives a little easier and hence a little more beautiful in Pakistan's biggest and busiest city of Karachi. Completed this year on May Day, the film highlights the challenges of workers who migrate to Karachi from other parts of the country in search of work, and those who have come to the city in search of relative safety from Afghanistan. The film has an experimental take on incorporating interviews through text instead of audio sound bites.

Producer and Director: Haya Fatima Iqbal. Haya has various international film credits to her name. She is a Master's in News & Documentary from New York University and a Fulbright Scholar.
