Luton 6th Form student Ali Khawar makes an early pitch as the next BBC Film critic
Ali Khawar, a Year 12 student, currently studies what are considered as ‘traditional’ Asian subjects, including Maths, Chemistry and Physics. However, his much wider cultural interests and talents are explored in a conversation with his friend, Will Backhouse, documenting his love of Doctor Who and playing scrabble.
This film has come out of a series of workshops with RSA Pakistan calling, that students from Luton 6th Form college attended, organised by Shazia Ali Webber at the Richmix Centre.
With thanks to Rich mix Cultural Foundation, and students and staff at Luton 6th form college.
