Take a seat at the table at this roundtable event and break bread with both Thais and foreigners to explore issues faced by urban refugees.
The meals are prepared by Na Cafe at Bangkok 1899 alongside the urban refugees training with them.This event and discussion is a community table based on the weekly soup kitchen for urban refugees created by Na Cafe. It is important to not only provide food for those who lack the income to support themselves but also provide property nutrition and quality.
Organised by Sakson Rouypirom FRSA and Susannah Tantemsapya FRSA, this event will provide the opportunity to meet up with RSA Fellows and friends over food; sparking inspiring discussions and sharing new ideas. There will be opportunities to make new connections and find out about ways to engage with the RSA from RSA staff. Together, we will learn about Na Cafe's plans to scale and offer food delivery to urban refugees in the future also.
This event is hosted with support from the RSA and with the following partners: Bangkok 1899, Scholars of Sustenance (SOS), Na Café, International Rescue Committee (IRC), AAT (Asylum Access Thailand).
