In the run-up to the Fellows Festival, our flagship RSA Engage series is opening its virtual doors to the global community with two sessions on 12 May: the first one co-hosted with RSA Oceania and the second with RSA US.
We’re inviting pitches from Fellows around the world who are leading innovative projects that are helping to build a fairer, more regenerative future – one that is better than the one we inherited.
Each presenter will get approximately 5 minutes to share details of their project, with a clear call to action for our global community of Fellows. Following the showcase, audience members will break into smaller groups, where they will be able to discuss the projects in greater detail and offer their support and feedback.
Our confirmed speakers for this session are:
- Erin Liman & Chris MacGregor. Cordial World: fostering inclusive collaboration, well-framed dialogue and beneficial action by building a professional social platform that respects privacy, identity and data ownership, and rewards people for their contribution.
- Zoe Camper & Julie Samuels. Creativity – the lifeline for the future: a collection of creative experiences: a Fellow-led initiative to explore how creativity can drive innovation, science and manufacturing; provide solutions to world problems; and facilitate adaptation to change – creating a positive and sustainable future for humankind.
- Donnie MacLurcan. The Offers and Needs Market: enabling community members to meet, identify and exchange their passions, knowledge, skills, resources, opportunities, and needs.
- Sam Baker. Walk2COP27: an engagement journey from Glasgow to Sharm El-Sheikh to educate each other on climate challenges, forge solidarity, and bring people together to catalyze action on climate change.
