What are the building blocks of learning? For children, learning is generally presented in a creative and engaging manner, but in the adult corporate world, it can be pretty dull. Adventurous Learning strives to rebuild that spirit of learning – to make it fun, and make it stick.
Have you ever noticed that following a corporate learning programme, participants revert to business as usual? Well, this session takes a whole new approach.
On Monday 26 June 12.30pm-2pm, Casilda Malagon and Stephen Welch, co-founders of Archetypical, invite you to join a special workshop on The Steps at RSA House to explore these questions and take you on a journey through the building blocks of learning.
Through the power of play, the workshop will share tips and tricks on how to create a learning journey – for yourself, your team, or your organisation – in a way that creates long-lasting effects and enables people to flourish. Casilda and Stephen will draw on a multi-disciplinary approach tested internationally, and participants will get a chance to create their own blueprint for growth.
This event is free to attend and open to all. Please register via this link: Adventurous Learning: An Archetypical Workshop
