RSA partners, Clore Social Leadership have created two new workshops for aspiring leaders in the social sector
Catalysing and Leading Change:
A two-day change management workshop for current and aspiring leaders to further develop their ability to lead teams through a continuously changing environment. It is aimed at individuals who are managing, or have recently managed, teams within their organisations.
Date & time: 5 /6 May 2016, 9.30am-5.30pm each day
Location: Regent's University London, London NW1 4NS
Cost: £495 per person*
Leadership in Governance for Chairs and CEOs:
This one-day workshop is specifically designed for Chairs and CEOs in the social sector. Attending as pairs, participants will have the opportunity to work together to understand each other’s role and responsibilities in the context of their organisation, and the sector.
Date & time: 21 June 2016, 10am-5pm
Location: Regent's University London, London NW1 4NS
Cost: The cost is £300 for a pair (£150 per person)*
