1. We need backing and buy-in from local and national government
2. Boosting accessibility of digital tools remains a key factor in the digital divide
3. We need to explore the mental and emotional barriers of digital exclusion
4. We can achieve digital enablement throughout society with appropriate IT skills training
5. We need a holistic approach to digital inequality

A digitally equal future is possible but we must act now to achieve it.
