Attend our Employment Innovation Conference on Tuesday 6 November
With the economy still struggling to recover and unemployment high, particularly for the young, our economic and social prospects depend upon our ability to help people secure good work.
Working in partnership with Inclusion and Nesta, the RSA is hosting a one day event on Tuesday 6 November to drive innovation in welfare to work services. The conference, hosted at RSA House, will seek to identify opportunities to radically improve employment services in the UK by sharing existing innovations and ideas, and also drawing inspiration from outside the sector to consider entirely new approaches.
The conference will bring together thought and practice leaders from inside and outside the employment services sector. It will involve a blend of plenary and facilitated group discussion with good opportunities for networking.
The conference is open to anyone who is interested in the impact of innovation on welfare to work service delivery whether at the incubation, design or implementation stage.
The event will particularly investigate the potential for the achievement of sustainable job outcomes through innovation around freedom and flexibilities, employer engagement, self employment, professionalisation and the adviser role and achieving sustainable job outcomes.
We would very much encourage Fellows with interests and expertise in these areas to attend.
The full programme can be viewed online (PDF).
Bookings are now open, so please register your place.
