The RSA Fellowship has just entered a new partnership with On Purpose. On Purpose is a one-year, full time programme that helps high-flying professionals launch a career that combines the power of business with social and environmental objectives. They are looking for people interested in applying in the programme:
On Purpose believes in harnessing the power of business for good. We are currently looking for our next cohort of Associates and inspirational organisations to join our October 2013 programme. On Purpose is a one-year, full time programme that helps high-flying professionals launch a career that combines the power of business with social and environmental objectives, and affords organisations that combine social and commercial ways of working the opportunity to work with this talent at a low cost.
The programme includes two 6-month paid placements, coupled with intensive 1:1 support and world-class training provided by professionals from organisations such as McKinsey, Bain, IDEO, the Big Issue, UnLtd and Bridges Ventures, made possible by On Purpose’s diverse network.
For our Associate cohort, we are looking for professionals with a track record of achievement and two or more years’ work experience. Applications have opened at the On Purpose website and the deadline is Monday 15 April, 2013.
For placement organisations, On Purpose affords a unique way to work with two high-calibre individuals for six months each at a significantly reduced rate. Organisations need to be based in or close to London and have work that combines social (or environmental) and commercial elements. If you are interested in finding out more, please email On Purpose. Previous placement organizations have included Big Society Capital, HCT Group, O2, Comic Relief and many more.
