Making a complaint

We aim to provide Fellows, visitors and guests with a high standard of service and experience in all the work we undertake. If you are dissatisfied in any way and wish to make a complaint, this policy explains how.

Conflicts of interest policy

Our conflicts of interest policy protects the organisation, its Trustees, Fellowship Councillors, committee members, Executive Directors and senior staff from any impropriety.

Data protection policy

Our data protection policy ensures we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation, and such other legislation as may be passed.

Environment policy

We regard minimising our impact on the environment as one of our basic management goals and organisation priorities.

Our modern slavery and human trafficking statement sets out our position and actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to the RSA and aims to ensure there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business and/or supply chains.
